“ I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment. And the presentation of the food was beautiful. The place was gorgeous and the hostess, manager, and waitress were wonderful. We had a pulsd deal and although they no longer participated, they were able to accommodate us and made the experience worthy of a return. The vibe was there and complimented by the music selection. If you go in the evening I can see this being an elevated chill dining experience. The food is like a Mediterranean meets Latin Culture . ”
“ I had an exceptional time at Anassa Taverna. I enjoyed lunch there with a friend we had the hummus and bread complimentary along with the octopus appetizer. The octopus, just like all the other reviews, was exceptional! Very succulent, tender and not over cooked. My friend had the lamb entree and I had the branzino along with the spinach rice. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasty. The lamb tasted superior to a lot of lamb Ive had at many other Mediterranean restaurants. Again, well cooked and succulent. The branzino... chefs kiss tasted perfect! The spinach and rice I was not a huge fan of but did not taste bad. I would definitely come here again and try some of the other dishes. Be prepared to be impressed! ”

“ Oh my oh my what a delicious meal and outstanding service. The pita bread was great, lamb skewers and meatballs well seasoned, the fried cheese was absolutely delicious, and snapper and veggies on top of it was wonderful. I had a fig cocktail and it was festive and delicious. Highly highly recommend! We were a group of 5 and shared 2 mains, 2 sides, and 2 apps and we walked away pretty stuffed! Some of us had cocktails and shared a bottle of Greek wine and our bill ended up being about 62 excluding tip per person! ”
“ I am really on the fence in terms of 4 vs 5 stars this is really squarely 4.5 in my mind, so going with 5 here. The summary very good food, some of it authentically Greek and some of it less so. We had the lunch deal, which was great value. We had the avgolemono soup and salmon tartare as appetizers both very good and the sea bass main course excellent. The baklava desert was solid too. Other times weve had more variable experiences with the food here, but this last time made us think well come back soon. Service was ok but nothing to write home about. Vibe is nice with mostly a lunch business crowd. ”

Their burger is amazing, my omelet was perfectly made and they went out of their way to accommodate my friends food restrictions as well as our kids presence and misbehavior. “ Came here since no one at the nearby El Vez ever visited our table after 10 mins of being seated. The food here was AMAZING! All the staff, including food runners and busboys, were friendly. We had the lunchtime prix fixe menu. All delicious. For drinks, I recommend the sangria. Thanks for a wonderful time. ”
